Commercial Mortgage Loans

Commercial Mortgage Loans are for properties that are zoned commercial and used for commercial business.  This type of financing requires a different set of guidelines and rules from residential loans.  We provide financing for both purchases and refinances.  A commercial appraisal on all commercial loans will be required for approval.  Each commercial loan is looked at individually for credit, equity, properties and financials.  Commercial loans are great for borrowers with:

	pulling equity out of a property
	new or reestablishing credit
	documented funds for a down payment
	rent history and various types of tenants
	closing cost can be financed into the loan
