Multi-Family Loans

Multi-Family Loans are for properties that have more then 2 living units and up to 4 living units.   FHA and Conventional financing is available for multi-family properties.  We providing financing for owner occupied and non-owner occupied properties.  Common mulit-family properties are duplex and 4 plex.  We provide financing for both purchases and refinances.  The following are loan details:

	100% no money down (excellent credit required)
	minimal money down (usually 5%)
	new or reestablishing credit
	down payment must come from borrowers own funds
	can not own more than 4 other multi-family properties
	closing cost can be financed into the loan
